Steven began his career doing research for the Knowledge Management Unit of the INFORGE at HEC, University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
He holds a MSc degree in Business Information Systems from this same university and has an earlier record of a Commercial Engineer degree from the Solvay Business School (Free University of Brussels).
